Retail AssociateLocation: Fayetteville, AR, 72703Duration: 12 MonthsRate: $15.00 - $15.50 per hour on W2Job Description: Responsible for driving sales for products and services in an approved Big Box Retail location or other assigned location while ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty by handling customer requests, inquiries and complaints regarding orders, billing and service in a professional manner. Implements sales strategies for Client and serves as a strategic partner in the overall operation of the organization. The Sales Associate is responsible for meeting established sales, revenue, and customer experience objectives by ensuring customers are provided with the appropriate product and accessory solutions. As a critical member of the sales team, this role requires strong interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience.Responsibilities:Guides customers through the purchase decision and activation process of product offerings (cable, data, voice, and wireless).Responsible for meeting established sales objectives by matching customer needs with the right products and services.Ensures individual sales targets are metExecutes promotions and campaigns designed to increase brand equity and achieve sales objectivesBuilds and maintains relationships with potential and existing customersAids customers in completing purchases and resolving issuesStrives to exhibit best-in-class customer service skillsContributes to sales area up-keep and cleanlinessClearly explains and illustrates product and service capabilities and continuously expands on industry knowledge.May be required to work in other locations that are in proximity to 'home store' to meet the needs of the businessQualifications:HS diploma or GEDAbility to meet established sales, retention, and customer experience target goalsWillingness to work a flexible schedule which includes weekends, evenings, and holidaysComputer literacy with an aptitude for learning communication products and servicesMust have reliable, consistent transportation and ability to work at a variety of retail locationsStrong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively sell products using a solutions-based approachPreferred Experience: 1 or more year of experience preferred in related field (i.e. Sales, Retail Sales, etc.)
