We are hiring a
Contact Center Head
for a
fast-growing AI-enabled startup
based in
Bengaluru.
Location:
Bengaluru
CTC:
Up to ₹40 LPA
What We’re Looking For:
10+ years of experience in
Contact Center / Customer Operations
Experience managing
large-scale inbound & outbound call center operations
Proven experience handling
multiple call centers / large teams
Strong understanding of operational metrics —
SLA, CSAT, AHT, NPS, productivity, attrition & quality
Experience in
process optimization, workforce management and operational strategy
Ability to drive both
strategy and execution
Strong exposure to
AI-enabled automation, digital transformation and technology-led customer operations
Excellent stakeholder and people management skills
Ideal candidate:
Someone who has successfully scaled and managed large contact center operations while leveraging
technology and AI to improve customer experience, productivity and efficiency.
