Sierra Medical Center in El Paso, TX seeks an experienced RN III to deliver advanced inpatient care in a full-service acute care setting. This role provides complex clinical care, leads patient assessments, administers medications and treatments, and coordinates with a multidisciplinary team to support safe, effective outcomes. The RN III serves as a clinical resource, mentors junior nurses, and participates in quality and safety initiatives.
