ResponsibilitiesManage insurance requirements for commercial tenants across a diverse property portfolioEnsure tenants maintain required insurance coverage, monitoring policy compliance, and collaborating with property management, legal teams, brokers, and tenants to minimize risk exposureReview and track tenant insurance certificates and policy documentationEnsure compliance with lease insurance requirements and company standardsCommunicate directly with tenants, insurance brokers, and property managers regarding deficiencies and renewalsMaintain accurate, detailed, and complete recordsMonitor expiration dates and follow up on outstanding insurance requirementsAssist with risk management initiatives and auditsInterpret lease language related to insurance obligations xzbcwsv
Qualifications3+ years of experience in insurance, compliance, and risk management in commercial real estateFamiliar with commercial insurance policies and certificates of insurance (COIs)Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and compliance tracking systems - MRI and SiteCompli
