Media performance manager – ecom (early joiner's uk shift)

Hi Everyone,
PGD is seeking a Media Performance Manager – Ecom with hands-on experience managing end-to-end campaigns (AMS & amazon dsp). The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and experience working with international clients preferably from the agency background.
The role is open across five locations: Gurgaon, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, and Mumbai.

Role - Media Performance Manager-Ecom
Experience - 4 to 6 years
Location - Gurgaon, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune & Mumbai
Roles & Responsibilities :-
Manage multichannel E-Commerce Platforms on Amazon, Criteo, Citrus, Lazada, Shopee
Knowledge on Amazon Editor is a must
Knowledge on Google Ads Editor and Bing Ads Editor is a must
Hands on experience with media planning, campaign setup and optimisation
Quality check of reports and analysis followed by insight sharing on campaign performance and troubleshooting
Work with internal teams to provide clients with Search recommendations and optimization strategies that align with objectives
Traffic all creatives into platform and set up campaigns prior to launch date
Maintain knowledge of media technology and analytical tools
Navigate through variety of third-party systems to complete monthly billing documentation
Deliver input on campaign goals, approaches, and methods to help establish success metrics and KPI's
Maintaining daily pacing reports, weekly and monthly performance reports & post campaign analysis reports
MS Excel, Google Sheets, Data Studio, Power BI & Presentations
Automation to save time and increase productivity
Performance management
Conducting monthly connects and supporting MBRs, QBRs & annual reviews
Assist in preparing pitches for new clients
You will fit right in if you have –
Any graduate (Specialization in Marketing, Digital Technologies, Business Management, or relevant field would be preferred)
4 to 6 Years of experience in Biddable media domain
Strong knowledge in various E-Commerce Platforms on Amazon, Criteo, Citrus, Lazada, Shopee
1+ year Team Management experience
