Role: Customer Service Associate

As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, providing the right support, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience throughout their journey with Traya.

Key Responsibilities

• Interact with customers professionally and understand their queries, needs, and concerns..

• Provide accurate information and appropriate assistance to customers..

• Build strong customer relationships through effective communication and active listening..

• Resolve customer queries efficiently while maintaining a high standard of service..

• Ensure a seamless customer experience across interactions..

• Coordinate with internal teams wherever required to address customer concerns..

• Maintain professionalism, empathy, and a customer-first approach in every interaction..

• Meet assigned service and performance objectives while maintaining quality standards..

What We’re Looking For

• Graduation is mandatory for all candidates..

• Prior experience in Retail, Hospitality, or Aviation is required..

• Excellent English communication skills — verbal and written communication must be top-notch..

• Strong interpersonal and active listening skills..

• Customer-first mindset with a positive and empathetic approach..

• Ability to handle customer queries professionally and confidently..

• Strong problem-solving and communication abilities..

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.

Preferred Industry : Candidates with experience in Retail, Hospitality, or Aviation

Education : Graduation is mandatory
