Duluth Trading Company is seeking a Part-Time Retail Sales Manager to lead daily store operations and deliver an outstanding customer experience. You’ll coach and motivate a small team, drive sales of durable workwear and outdoor apparel, and maintain strong product knowledge to guide customers to the right gear. Responsibilities include opening/closing, cash handling, merchandising, inventory support, and ensuring brand standards on the sales floor. You’ll model Duluth’s down‑to‑earth, humorous, and hands‑on culture while resolving customer issues and supporting training for new associates.
