We're Hiring Process Associate / Sr. Process Associate/ Analyst / Team Lead- UK Life Insurance, Pensions & Retirement Operations HCLTech

Location: Navallur, Chennai

Designation: Process Associate / Sr. Process Associate

Experience: 1-6 Years (Process Associate/Analyst), 5-10years (Team Lead) with at least 1-2 years into team handling role.

Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days

HCLTech is looking for professionals with experience in UK Life Insurance, Pensions, Retirement Funds, Savings & Investments, and Policy Administration to join our growing Insurance Operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle policy servicing, claims, alterations, and customer enquiries
• Process pension, retirement, and investment-related transactions
• Manage new business, fund switches, income payments, surrenders, and top-ups
• Ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance with UK insurance and retirement regulations
• Deliver excellent customer service while meeting operational SLAs

Eligibility

1-10 years of experience in UK Life Insurance, Pensions, Retirement Operations, Savings & Investments, or Financial Services

Strong written communication and customer service skills

Knowledge of policy administration and back-office insurance operations

Immediate to 30 Days notice period preferred
