Sales Manager

About CityIndex CityIndex is a financial education and research-driven company helping individuals and professionals make better-informed decisions about financial markets. We’re looking for a Sales Manager to take ownership of sales across our financial education programs and products. What You’ll Do Own sales targets, revenue and the complete sales pipeline. Handle leads, sales calls, follow-ups and conversions. Understand our financial education programs and products and communicate their value clearly. Build relationships with prospects and convert them into customers. Work with the marketing team to improve lead quality and conversion. Identify new sales opportunities and channels. Track performance and continuously improve the sales process. Eventually build and lead a sales team as we scale. What We’re Looking For 3 years of sales experience. Experience in fintech, financial services, financial education, wealth management, banking or a similar industry is a plus. Good understanding of financial markets and investment products. Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills. Comfortable working with targets, numbers and CRM tools. Self-driven, proactive and comfortable taking ownership. Someone who can thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
