Job DescriptionJob DescriptionJob DescriptionProSource People is currently seeking 2 experienced Dimensional Inspectors for a busy precision manufacturing facility in Southeast Houston. Qualified candidates must have experience performing dimensional inspections, using precision measuring instruments, and interpreting engineering drawings and blueprints.This position requires strong attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining strict quality standards.Job ResponsibilitiesPerform dimensional inspections on machined parts and manufactured components.Use precision measuring instruments, including calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and other inspection equipment.Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, dimensions, and tolerances.Verify that finished parts meet required specifications and quality standards.Identify, document, and report nonconforming parts or measurements.Maintain accurate inspection records and quality documentation.Work closely with production and quality control teams to resolve inspection issues.Follow all company safety procedures and quality control guidelines.QualificationsPrevious experience in dimensional inspection, quality control, or precision manufacturing required.Proficiency with precision measuring tools and inspection techniques.Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.Understanding of dimensional tolerances and manufacturing specifications.Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) preferred.Experience inspecting machined or fabricated metal components preferred.Strong math skills and attention to detail.Dependable attendance and ability to work 12-hour shifts.Willingness to work occasional Saturdays as production demands require.Schedule & Work EnvironmentMonday–Friday: 12-hour shiftsSaturday: Occasional overtime as neededManufacturing / machine shop environmentMust be comfortable working in a production-driven setting.Apply Today!If you have hands-on dimensional inspection experience and are looking for a long-term opportunity in manufacturing, we want to hear from you!Apply today with your updated resume.
