National Film Development Corporation of India, a Government of India Enterprise under the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting is the central agency established to encourage the good cinema movement in the country. The primary goal of the NFDC is to plan, promote and organize an integrated and efficient development of the Indian film industry and foster excellence in cinema. Over the years NFDC has provided a wide range of services essential to the growth of Indian cinema. The NFDC (and its predecessor the Film Finance Corporation) has so far funded / produced over 300 films. These films, in various Indian languages, have been widely acclaimed and have won many national and international awards. Hotel Management

Role Responsibilities:

Coordinate hotel bookings, room allocations, and hospitality arrangements for delegates, mentors, speakers, jury members, and invited guests.

Manage airport transfers, local transportation, and guest movement schedules.

Prepare and maintain accommodation, travel, and logistics plans for domestic and international guests.

Liaise with hotels, transport agencies, and hospitality vendors to ensure seamless service delivery.

Coordinate with programme, registration, guest relations, and event management teams for smooth execution.

Provide on-ground hospitality and logistics support during Waves Film Bazaar, resolving guest issues and operational requirements in real time.

Monitor hospitality and transportation and maintain relevant records and reports.

Prepare post-event reconciliation, vendor documentation, and logistics reports with recommendations for future editions.

Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline

Experience: 8 Years

Remuneration:- Consolidated pay of Rs. 65,000/- per month all inclusive.
