Legal Manager

THE ROLE:

• Advise senior leadership on corporate, commercial, civil, labour, employment and regulatory matters, ensuring legal compliance and proactively mitigating risks.

• Lead litigation and dispute resolution, coordinate with external counsel, represent SSC before courts and relevant authorities and manage disputes.

• Review and finalize commercial agreements, contracts, leases, tenancy arrangements and legal notices.

• Oversee trademark registration, protection and related disputes.

• Maintain legal records and provide regular updates to leadership on litigation, disputes, compliance and legal risks.

• Ensure all statutory filings with SECP

THE RIGHT PERSON FOR THE ROLE:

• LLB with 5–8 years' relevant experience, including litigation, trademark, contract negotiation and property/tenancy disputes.

• Prior corporate exposure of minimum one year with Large FMCG/MNC is mandatory; comfortable working independently with minimal legal team support.

• Strong communication, drafting and reporting skills, with the judgment to advise senior leadership directly.
