Delphi Team Lead

Job Summary The Team Lead in Software Development is a hands-on technical leader responsible for guiding a team of software engineers while actively contributing to the design, development, modernization, and maintenance of APRO, PairSoft's financial automation platform for Oracle on-premises customers. The role combines deep Delphi development expertise with technical leadership, people management, Agile delivery, and engineering excellence. It includes driving adoption of AI-assisted development tools, automation, DevSecOps principles, continuous testing and quality engineering to enhance both product functionality and engineering efficiency. The successful candidate will work closely with Product Management, Architecture and Customer-facing teams to deliver secure, scalable, and high-qu
