ROLE: Senior Creative Writer – Influencer Marketing
EXPERIENCE: 2-4 years
LOCATION: Mumbai
Job Responsibilities:
1. Develop creative concepts, narratives, hooks, captions, scripts, and platform-first creator briefs.
2. Lead social-first thinking across Instagram (Reels), You Tube, Linked In, X, Snapchat, podcasts, and branded IPs.
3. Partner with strategy, creator management, client servicing, and post-production teams to balance brand goals with creator authenticity.
4. Participate in brand pitch ideation and mentor/review junior writers to maintain creative consistency.
5. Stay deeply updated on digital culture, creator trends, meme culture, and evolving internet behaviours.
Job Requirements:
1. Proven agency background (influencer, digital, or integrated) with a strong portfolio of social campaigns and video scripts.
2. Deep understanding of influencer ecosystems, creator behavior, social media culture, and brand tonality.
3. Ability to write for creators, handle high-volume output independently, and manage tight timelines in fast-paced environments.
4. Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
