Position Overview We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Ophthalmic Surgeon proficient in both Phacoemulsification and SICS (Small Incision Cataract Surgery). The candidate should have a genuine passion for community service and a commitment to providing excellent eye care to patients—especially those from underprivileged backgrounds. Key Responsibilities Perform Phacoemulsification and SICS cataract surgeries independently and efficiently. Conduct pre-operative and post-operative assessments for patients. Diagnose and manage common ocular conditions and emergencies. Ensure quality outcomes and maintain patient care standards. Support and guide junior staff or optometrists as needed Skills & Attributes Strong surgical and diagnostic expertise. Compassionate attitude and commitment to service-oriented healthcare.
