The Senior Director of Operations & Supply Chain will lead and optimize end-to-end operational functions, including supply chain strategy, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, inventory management, and distribution. This leader will drive operational efficiency, improve processes, manage costs, and ensure the organization can scale effectively while meeting customer and business objectives.
The ideal candidate is a strategic and hands-on leader with a proven track record of improving operational performance, building high-performing teams, and aligning supply chain operations with broader business goals
Requirements10+ years of experience in operations, supply chain management, procurement, logistics, or manufacturing.Proven experience leading end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, supplier management, inventory, logistics, and distribution.Demonstrated success improving operational efficiency, reducing costs, and implementing process improvements.Strong financial and business acumen, including budget management, cost analysis, and KPI tracking.Experience managing vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and supplier performance.Knowledge of demand planning, forecasting, inventory optimization, and supply chain risk management.Experience with ERP systems and supply chain management technologies.Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with executive leadership.Strong analytical, strategic planning, problem-solving, and communication skills.
