Kicks Machine is India's marketplace for authenticated limited-edition sneakers, streetwear, luxury bags, watches, and other hype and premium products.

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer & Video Editor Associate who can bring our brand to life across social media, paid advertising, website, and other customer touchpoints.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can design, edit, experiment, and execute quickly .

Responsibilities

• Design static and motion creatives for Instagram, paid ads, and the website — including posts, stories, reel covers, banners, and promotional assets.
• Edit short-form video content including reels, ad creatives, founder content, BTS content, and product drops — covering cutting, pacing, captions, sound design, and basic color correction.
• Turn raw founder, BTS, and product footage into polished, engaging, scroll-stopping content with quick turnaround times.
• Create and iterate paid social creatives in collaboration with the marketing team, using campaign performance and learnings to improve output.
• Maintain and evolve Kicks Machine’s visual identity across social media, website banners, email, packaging, and other brand touchpoints.
• Support the creative direction of product photography and videography for new drops, launches, and collections.
• Build and maintain a reusable library of templates, design elements, editing assets, and creative references to improve production speed.
• Stay updated on design, editing, social media, sneaker, streetwear, and hype-culture trends to keep Kicks Machine’s content fresh and visually relevant.

Who You Are

• You have a strong portfolio demonstrating both graphic design and video editing skills.
• You are proficient in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and/or CapCut .
• You understand what works on Instagram and Reels — including hooks, pacing, captions, transitions, trending formats, and storytelling.
• You have a genuine interest in sneakers, streetwear, fashion, hype culture, or luxury and understand the visual language of these categories.
• You are comfortable working quickly, handling multiple briefs, and iterating based on feedback.
• You have a strong eye for typography, composition, color, visual hierarchy, and brand consistency .
• You enjoy working in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial and bootstrapped environment where you may be expected to take ownership rather than wait for detailed instructions.

Location: Kicks Machine Headquarters, Canal Road, Dehradun

Work Mode: Work from Office

Compensation: ₹2.64 LPA / ₹22,000 INR per month in hand
