Role Overview
We are looking for a performance-driven Area Sales Manager to lead and expand our General Insurance business in Aurangabad and surrounding regions. This role requires a strong leader who can drive field sales teams, execute regional strategies, and deliver consistent business growth in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of field sales executives to achieve business objectives
- Drive team performance to consistently meet and exceed sales targets
- Conduct regular coaching sessions, training programs, and performance evaluations
- Oversee field sales operations and ensure effective execution of sales strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders
- Monitor market trends and identify growth opportunities in the local region
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in insurance sales
- At least 2 years of experience in leading and managing field sales teams
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive environment
- Prior experience in General Insurance preferred
Education Requirement
- Graduate in any discipline

- Fluency in Marathi (spoken and written) is mandatory
