Executive Director of Venture Operations

<p><b>Executive Director of Venture Operations | India </b> </p><p><br /></p><p>Greyhorse Clearinghouse LLC has an active mandate to deploy up to US$10 Billion across India through a national network of Venture Partners. To support this mandate, Greyhorse is appointing an Executive Director of Venture Operations to build and oversee a team of approximately 25 Venture Partners responsible for up to US$250 Million in annual capital deployment. </p><p><br /></p><p><b>Team Mandate: </b> 25 Venture Partners </p><p><b>Annual Deployment Mandate: </b> Up to US$250 Million </p><p><b>Compensation Range: </b> $150,000 - $375,000 </p><p><b>Structure: </b> Capital Deployment based, Sign-on Bonus, Performance, Equity. </p><p><br /></p><p><b>POSITION OVERVIEW </b> </p><p><br /></p><p>The Executive Director will recruit, organize and manage Greyhorse’s Venture Partner network across India. This is primarily a people-management, organizational-development and execution mandate. Greyhorse will determine the capital allocation assigned to each Venture Partner and retain final authority over underwriting, approval and deployment. </p><p><br /></p><p><b>RESPONSIBILITIES </b> </p><p><br /></p><ul><li>Recruit, onboard and manage 25 Venture Partners. </li><li>Build regional teams, leadership structures and reporting systems. </li><li>Establish deployment targets and operating accountability. </li><li>Oversee pipelines, Venture Partner productivity and deployment progress. </li><li>Develop high-performing Venture Partners and address underperformance. </li><li>Coordinate with Greyhorse’s underwriting, compliance and capital functions. </li><li>Report consolidated performance to Greyhorse leadership. </li><li>Drive the organization toward its US$250 Million annual deployment mandate. </li> </ul><p><br /></p><p><b>CANDIDATE PROFILE </b> </p><p><br /></p><p>Ideal candidates will have extensive experience building teams, managing managers and overseeing large operating budgets. Relevant backgrounds may include regional management, district management, national sales leadership, financial-services distribution, franchise operations, banking, insurance or enterprise relationship management. Traditional investment experience is beneficial but not required. The principal qualification is a demonstrated ability to recruit, organize and lead large teams against aggressive performance objectives. </p><p><br /></p><p><b>COMPENSATION </b> </p><p><br /></p><p>Compensation will range from $150,000 to $375,000, comprising cash compensation and backend economic participation. </p><p><br /></p><p>Compensation is not a salary and is not guaranteed. Capital must be approved, documented and recognized as deployed by Greyhorse to qualify. </p><p><br /></p><p><b>AUTHORITY </b> </p><p><br /></p><p>The Executive Director will manage the Venture Partner organization but will not independently approve investments, commit Greyhorse capital or determine individual allocations. All capital decisions will remain subject to Greyhorse’s institutional approval framework. </p>
