POSITION DETAILS

Position: Inside Sales Manager – Canada Process

Experience: 2–5 Years

Location: Gurugram, Sector 48, Badshahpur

Shift Timing: 7:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Weekly Off: Saturday & Sunday

Job Type: Full-time | Permanent

Compensation: Attractive Salary + Uncapped Daily & Monthly Incentives + Performance Bonus

JOB OVERVIEW

Veye is a Toronto Stock Market Research Firm providing research and recommendations related to the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) .

This is an individual contributor role focused on generating sales through online subscription selling over the phone to clients based in Canada.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Generate sales through online subscription selling over the phone to customers based in Canada.
• Make 100–150 outbound sales calls daily to Toronto-based customers.
• Communicate confidently with international clients and sell subscription packages.
• Follow up with potential customers, arrange callbacks, negotiate, handle objections, and convert leads into sales .
• Assist existing customers with their issues and concerns.
• Maintain a strong track of leads, follow-ups, prospects, and conversions .
• Share invoices and provide after-sales assistance through phone and email.
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports .
• Track calls, leads, follow-ups, conversions, and overall sales performance.
• Consistently achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs .

REQUIRED SKILLS

• 1+ year of International Sales experience is required.
• 1+ year of hardcore sales and cold-calling experience.
• Experience handling customers from Canada, USA, UK, Australia, or New Zealand will be preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills .
• Strong sales, negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills .
• Ability to confidently handle customer objections and sales pressure .
• Self-motivated, energetic, confident, resilient, and target-oriented .
• Excellent time-management and customer-handling skills.
• Willingness to learn about the product and develop strong product knowledge .
