Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Client Servicing Executive with 6 months to 1 year of experience in a mainline advertising agency. The ideal candidate will act as the key point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring the timely execution of advertising campaigns while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day communication with clients and understand their advertising and branding requirements.
• Coordinate with creative, copy, design, and production teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Prepare creative briefs and communicate client requirements clearly to internal teams.
• Track project timelines and follow up to ensure deadlines are met.
• Present creative concepts and campaign updates to clients.
• Handle client feedback and coordinate revisions with internal teams.
• Assist in planning and executing print, outdoor, radio, and other mainline advertising campaigns.
• Maintain project documentation, meeting notes, and status reports.
• Build and maintain positive client relationships to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
• Support senior account managers in managing key client accounts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in a mainline advertising agency.
• Good understanding of advertising processes and campaign execution.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent coordination and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
