Assistant manager - projects (green buildings)

We are seeking a proactive and experienced to lead sustainability and green building certification projects across LEED, IGBC, WELL, GRIHA, and ECBC. The ideal candidate will manage, facilitate cross-functional teams, coordinate with clients and consultants, ensure high-quality project delivery, and drive successful certification outcomes while supporting business growth and technical excellence.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor project teams to ensure timely and quality deliverables Plan, monitor and track project progress, ensuring milestones are met Coordinate with clients, consultants and stakeholders for smooth project execution Prepare sustainability strategies and documentation for certification submissions Conduct technical reviews and ensure compliance with standards (LEED, IGBC, WELL, GRIHA, ECBC, etc.) Identify risks and opportunities to improve project performance Ensure quality assurance and adherence to ENGRIN processes Support business development through proposals and client meetings Stay updated on green building standards, technologies and market trends Manage resources, budgets and project timelines effectively

Qualifications

Min Bachelor's degree in the relate subjects Min of 2 - 3 years of relevant experience Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously Expertise on LEED, IGBC, WELL, GRIHA, ECBC
