Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Consultant with 8+ years of Oracle ERP experience and strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials . Candidates with Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) domain experience are highly preferred.

The consultant will be responsible for end-to-end Oracle Fusion Finance implementation, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and client-facing activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, and functional workshops .
• Configure and implement Oracle Fusion Financials modules including:
• General Ledger (GL)
• Accounts Payable (AP)
• Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Fixed Assets (FA)
• Cash Management (CM)
• Expenses
• Analyze and support EPC-specific finance processes including project accounting, project billing, subcontractor billing, revenue recognition, retention accounting, cost allocation, and financial controls .
• Drive end-to-end implementation activities including CRP, SIT, UAT, cutover, go-live, hypercare, and post-production support .
• Prepare functional design documents, configuration workbooks, test scripts, training materials, and business process documentation .
• Support period-end close, statutory reporting, reconciliations, audits, and financial reporting .
• Work closely with technical teams on integrations, reports, data migration, and extensions .
• Provide functional leadership and mentor junior consultants.
• Engage directly with client stakeholders, business users, and project teams in a client-facing onsite environment.

Mandatory Requirements

• 8+ years of Oracle ERP experience .
• Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Financials .
• Strong expertise in multiple Oracle Finance modules, particularly GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, and Expenses .
• Proven experience in end-to-end Oracle Fusion Finance implementations .
• Strong client-facing, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills .
• Ability to work independently in an onsite/client-facing role .
• Experience with EPC business processes is highly preferred.

Education & Certification

• BE / MBA / CA (Inter/Final) or equivalent academic qualification.
• Oracle Certification is an added advantage.
