We’re hiring a Parts Specialist supporting technicians, customers, and service advisors with accuracy, professionalism, and pride. What You’ll Do Assist technicians and customers in locating, ordering, and purchasing parts Process parts orders, returns, and warranty related holds accurately Maintain detailed inventory knowledge and ensure parts order accuracy Communicate clearly with advisors, techs, and vendors Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone Help maintain parts department cleanliness and organization on a daily basis What You’ll Bring Automotive parts experience (CDJR experience a plus) Dependable, organized, and customer-focused Strong communication and multitasking skills Basic computer knowledge Team-player mentality with pride in precision Why Farris Motor Company At Farris, we do business the right way — through honesty, teamwork, and craftsmanship.
