<p> Job/Position Summary </p> <p> 1)MBD: </p> <li> Automotive embedded software development and ASPICE knowledge </li> <li> Experience in Application Software development using Matlab, Simulink, Stateflow </li> <li> Experience in Autocoding using TargetLink </li> <li> Experience in static code analysis </li> <li> MIL/SIL/PIL testing experience. </li> <li> Experience in M-scripting, MAAB guidelines </li> <p> 2)HIL: </p> <li> Review and analyse the requirements, design and implement software components, check and validate the tests plans before deliver to customer. </li> <li> Provide technical solutions and technical leadership to the team. Ensure that the delivered solution meets the technical specifications and customer requirements / planning. </li> <li> Review / update best practices / standards / guidelines / checklists periodically. Ensure the tests plans are up to the mark following new anomaly reports. </li> <li> Conduct peer reviews (Local + Corporate) and ensure closure of issues. </li> <li> Manage HIL/MIL validation campaign on time. Analyse tests failed and open anomaly reports. Make a synthesis of all tests. </li> <li> Support customer for technical questions regarding validation and anomaly reports. </li> <li> Contact regular audit and preserve HIL/MIL bench, environment etc. </li> <li> Identify and define measures for defect prevention and mitigate technical risks </li> <li> Represent SW team to other stakeholders and interface with system teams to optimize test plan coverage </li> <p> 3)Verification &amp; Validation: </p> <li> Tools: MATLAB, INCA, MDA, Diagnostic tools like (CDA, Dianalyzer etc) </li> <li> Knowledge on Powertrain Control Systems </li> <li> Fine tuning of Calibrations and to test these calibration changes before freezing dcm, in HIL environment </li> <li> Strong analysis skills to resolve the issues related to calibrations of powertrain control systems. </li> <li> Must familiar with Diagnostics, DTC's behavior and Snapshots \ Freeze Data </li> <li> Knowledge on Requirements analysis </li> <p> 4)Test Automation: </p> <li> Experience on Test Automation with knowledge on Test Framework and test Templates development </li> <li> Knowledge on Test case design and test step sequence </li> <li> Proficient knowledge of Python™ and other languages. </li> <li> Additional advantage if worked with ECU-Test tool </li> <li> Should familiar with HIL testing </li> <li> Basic understanding of MATLAB might be better </li> <p> 5)AutoSAR: </p> <li> AUTOSAR, BSW ,Configurations, integration RTE, EB Tresos, DaVinci configurator Pro &amp;Developer </li> <p> <br /> 6)Project Management: (Exp: 9 to 14 Yrs) </p> <li> Overall project management of a complex software project in compliance to the KPIT processes and guidelines. </li> <li> Project planning and time-schedule definition in line with the customer requests and prioritization from product management. </li> <li> Track the project progress and define corrective measures if deviating from the plan. </li> <li> Plan and control the usage of the released project budget and project resources per approved project plan. </li> <li> Report the project status in accordance with the valid tool and process set. </li> <li> Perform professional change management. </li> <li> Perform risk assessment, control and steer the implementation of risk measures. </li> <li> Escalate issues if necessary. </li> <li> Actively manage stakeholder expectations. </li> <li> Build up and maintain a supportive culture of cooperation and teamwork with the project. </li> <li> High and strong interface with the development and validation team. </li> <p> Requirement </p> <p> ESSENTIAL SKILLS /COMPETENCIES </p> <li> MBD </li> <li> HIL </li> <li> Autosar </li> <li> Verification &amp; Validation </li> <li> Test Automation </li> <li> Project Management </li>
