To support the development and administration of compensation programs, the full-time remote Senior Compensation Consultant will manage pay structure design, conduct market analysis, and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines while interpreting collective bargaining agreements. Key responsibilities Develop and administer various compensation programs, including pay for performance and incentive plans Conduct job and market analysis to ensure competitive and equitable pay structures Assist in the development of internal policies and standards for compensation-related programs Required qualifications 5 or more years of experience in compensation, including data collection and analysis Working knowledge of compensation systems, wage & hour laws, and exempt classifications Upon hire: Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Social Science, or a related field preferred Experience in a union environment is a plus
