RurAL CAP seeks a Director of Finance to lead the organization’s finance functions, align strategy with operations, and ensure strong financial stewardship in a nonprofit setting.

You will partner with the Executive Team and Board, oversee budgeting, forecasting, and audits, and guide financial planning for sustainable growth and mission impact. This is an in‑person role based in Anchorage, AK with strong leadership responsibilities and cross‑functional collaboration.
