We successfully partner with top federal agencies, universities, and public school systems across Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, DC.The RoleWe are seeking an active Maryland Licensed Plumber to install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems on commercial and government construction projects. The ideal candidate has strong commercial construction experience and is deeply committed to quality workmanship and job site safety.What You'll DoInstall & Repair: Handle piping, fixtures, and plumbing equipment on commercial job sites.Interpret Plans: Read and accurately execute construction drawings, blueprints, and specifications.Ensure Compliance: Guarantee all work strictly complies with Maryland plumbing codes and safety regulations.Coordinate: Work seamlessly with project managers and other trades to meet project schedules.What You NeedLicense: Active Maryland Plumbing License (Journeyman or Master).Experience: 3+ years of commercial plumbing experience (preferred).Technical Skills: Proven ability to read technical drawings and strong working knowledge of Maryland plumbing codes.Requirements: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
