Design Manager – Interior Design We are looking for an experienced and creative Design Manager to lead and manage our interior design team. The ideal candidate should have strong design knowledge, team handling experience, and the ability to manage client expectations while delivering high-quality residential projects. Location: Bangalore, Ahmedabad, Pune, Mumbai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Chennai, Bhubaneshwar Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of interior designers Oversee end-to-end residential design projects Ensure timely project delivery with high design standards Interact with clients to understand requirements and provide design solutions Review layouts, drawings, and design concepts Coordinate with sales, execution, and project teams Mentor and guide designers to improve performance and productivity Requirements: Prior experience as a Design Manager / Team Lead in Interior Design Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Google SketchUp, and space planning Manage NPS & Customer Escalation Experience handling residential interior projects Excellent client handling and team management skills Strong communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment Job Details: 6 days working Growth opportunities with a leading interior design company Competitive salary incentives Salary - 12 - 14 LPA Fixed
