Key Requirements:

• 8–10+ years of Oracle Fusion Payroll implementation experience

• Payroll Lead experience in 2+ end-to-end implementation projects

• Strong experience in US Payroll & UK Payroll

• Global/Core Payroll candidates with strong international exposure can also be considered

• International/Core Payroll experience with IGO/UN/NGO organizations is highly desirable

• Hands-on expertise in Payroll Design & Configuration, Payroll Flows, Fast Formulae & Parallel Run Reconciliation

• Strong understanding of Data Loads, Integrations, Payment Files & Reports

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
