Creative Associate

We are seeking a versatile and dynamic Creative Associate to join our team. In this role, you will brainstorm, design, and execute compelling visual and content strategies for our growing brand and international client base.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage monthly content calendars across multiple client accounts
• Write platform-native copy: captions, hooks, and scripts aligned to each brand's voice
• Edit Reels and short-form video content yourself
• Conduct trend, audience, and competitor research to inform content strategy
• Monitor performance metrics and translate insights into content decisions
• Present content plans and reporting in client-facing reviews

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in social media management, ideally agency-side or across multiple brands
• Proficiency in Canva and CapCut
• Fluency with AI tools (Claude) for ideation, copywriting, and research workflows
• Strong grasp of Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn content dynamics
• Excellent written English; ability to switch between brand voices seamlessly
