Job Summary

Sutherland is hiring Voice Process Executives for its US & UK customer support projects in Chennai. The role involves handling customer interactions over the phone, understanding customer requirements, resolving queries, and delivering a high-quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound customer calls for US and UK clients .
• Understand customer queries and provide accurate and professional resolutions.
• Maintain excellent communication and customer service standards.
• Handle customer complaints, requests, and escalations effectively.
• Follow defined process guidelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
• Maintain accurate customer information and update systems as required.
• Meet process-specific targets related to quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction .
• Coordinate with internal teams whenever required to resolve customer issues.
• Maintain professionalism while communicating with international customers.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal English communication skills .
• Good listening and comprehension skills.
• Clear pronunciation and professional communication.
• Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable speaking with US and UK customers .
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with multiple systems.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work in a customer-facing voice process.
• Candidates should be comfortable working in rotational shifts / international shifts , as required by the process.

Eligibility

• Freshers and experienced candidates can be considered, depending on process requirements.
• Candidates must be comfortable working from the Chennai office .
• Good spoken English is mandatory.
• Candidates should be flexible with US/UK shift timings.
