• Provide dialysis care to patients in the unit, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating treatment.
• Deliver age-appropriate nursing care and monitor patient status, vital signs, and response to dialysis.
• Manage vascular access care, dialysate goals, and dialysis adequacy parameters; respond to alarms and complications per protocol.
• Collaborate with physicians, dialysis technicians, and other health professionals to coordinate care; communicate changes and updates to the care team.
• Document the nursing process, treatment plans, progress notes, and any adverse events with accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensure infection control, patient safety, and regulatory compliance; provide patient and family education as appropriate.

• Active RN license in good standing (state of licensure as applicable); eligible to practice in the United States.
• Ability to work in a dialysis unit with diverse patient populations and adapt to rotating shifts.
• Willingness to travel for a 13-week assignment; travel-ready and able to acclimate to a new unit quickly.
• In-state MT travelers will not be considered unless located more than 250 miles from the assignment facility.
• Education: Graduate from an accredited nursing program (associate or bachelor’s degree supported).
• Experience: Dialysis nursing experience preferred or demonstrated competence in nephrology-related care.
