Job Description:

You will craft coding lessons for K8 and build teacher/student resources for live 1:1 online class.  

Key Responsibilities : 

A. Curriculum Creation and Development   

• Create inquiry-driven, project-based engaging classes tailored to different age groups and learning styles.  
• Build differentiated learning pathways to support diverse learners 
• Integrate global best practices into instructional frameworks, ensuring international competitiveness and relevance.  
• Train teachers/ master trainers from time to time to deliver the content. 

B. Assessment & Impact Measurement   

• Design formative and summative assessments that check for understanding and move from lower-order to higher-order thinking skills. 
• Continuously improvise content through feedback from educators, parents, and learners. 

Qualification & Experience

• Strong understanding of pedagogy suitable for K8. 
• Minimum 2 years of experience in coding curriculum development.  
• Experience in international curricula design (e.g. Common Core, IB)is a plus. 
• Able to work in an ambiguous, dynamic & internet-speed environment with tight deadlines. 
• Exceptional problem solving & analytical skills. 
• Attention to detail and proven ability to take complete ownership and manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
