Seeking a detail-oriented Project Controls Specialist to support invoice reviews and payment approvals for project-related expenses.

Responsibilities:Review invoices, purchase orders, and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness.Verify invoice amounts against contract terms, PO limits, and approved amendments.Validate vendor information, payment terms, and project cost coding.Ensure compliance with purchasing, accounts payable, and approval policies.Identify discrepancies and escalate issues before invoices are approved for payment.Qualifications:Experience with invoice review, purchase orders, accounts payable, procurement, or project controls.Understanding of contract requirements, payment terms, and cost tracking.Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.Proficiency in Microsoft 365, especially Excel. xzbcwsv Experience with Maximo and Power BI is a plus.
