Speak with prospective clients and understand their immigration goals. Assess client profiles and recommend suitable Canada or Australia pathways. Explain eligibility, process, documentation, timelines and fees clearly. Handle PR and Temporary Visa enquiries for Canada and Australia. Build a strong relationship with clients through honest and professional communication. Follow up consistently with interested clients and convert qualified leads. Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets. Maintain proper lead and follow-up records in the CRM. Coordinate with the processing team after enrolment to ensure a smooth handover. Keep yourself updated with changes in Canada and Australia immigration programs. 2–5 years of experience in Immigration Consultancy / Sales . Good practical knowledge of Canada & Australia PR and Temporary Visas . Strong communication and counselling skills. Comfortable discussing fees, handling objections and closing clients. Good follow-up discipline and relationship-building skills. Target-oriented, confident and professional approach. Ability to explain complex immigration information in a simple and clear manner.
