The Successful Applicant A successful Project Manager - Commercial Core & Shell should have: 7+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager General contractor experience required Strong background in concrete, foundations, and shell construction Commercial or multifamily project experience preferred Florida construction experience required What's on Offer Competitive salary ranging from $130.000 to $160.000 USD.
