Hiring: Service Now Consultant / Senior Consultant

Location: Bangalore (Hybrid)

Role: B2 – Senior Consultant / B3 – Lead Consultant

Position Summary

We are looking for an experienced Service Now Consultant to design, develop, and implement scalable Service Now solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Service Now development, integrations, CMDB, Service Portal, and platform customization, along with experience in leading technical implementations and mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities

Configure and customize Service Now applications and modules. Develop Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Flow Designer workflows, Catalog Items, and Record Producers. Build custom applications using App Engine. Develop and enhance Service Portal and Employee Center components. Design and implement REST, SOAP, Integration Hub, Custom Spokes, and Webhook integrations. Integrate Service Now with enterprise applications and cloud platforms. Support CMDB implementation, governance, CSDM standards, Discovery, and Service Mapping. Lead data migration, transformation, testing (ATF), SIT, UAT, and production deployments. Troubleshoot platform issues and optimize Service Now instances. Conduct technical workshops, effort estimations, code reviews, and mentor junior consultants.

Required Experience

4–8 years of overall IT experience. Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on Service Now development experience. Experience delivering at least two end-to-end Service Now implementations. Experience working in Agile environments.
