Pay

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field15+ years of software engineering experience, with significant expertise in C/C++ on Linux5+ years in senior engineering leadership roles managing multiple teamsProven experience designing and owning large-scale, high-performance, low-latency systemsDeep knowledge of data structures, algorithms, systems programming, and network protocols (TCP/IP, Multicast)Hands-on experience with multithreading and real-time systemsFamiliarity with scripting, automation, and AI-assisted coding toolsStrong strategic thinking, leadership, and stakeholder communication skillsExperience within regulated financial environments is preferred
Responsibilities
Own and direct the end-to-end architecture and development of NYSE’s trading systemsLead, mentor, and build high-performing engineering teamsTranslate business objectives into technical strategies and execution plansEstablish and enforce engineering standards, best practices, and performance metricsDrive technical innovation and evaluate emerging technologiesOversee operational xzbcwsv reliability, incident management, and systemic improvementsManage budgets, resources, and vendor relationshipsCollaborate with cross-functional teams and executive leadership to align on strategic goalsEnsure regulatory compliance and system availability for mission-critical trading infrastructure
