In this role, you will provide advanced clinical pharmacy services , ensuring optimal and cost-effective medication management for patients. </p><p> You will participate in multi-disciplinary rounds , deliver direct patient care, and support clinical initiatives. This role also includes educating pharmacists, technicians, and healthcare providers , as well as serving as a preceptor for pharmacy interns, technicians, and residents .
