Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Civil Litigation Associate located in San Diego, CA. As a Civil Litigation Associate, you will be responsible for handling a caseload of civil litigation matters from start to finish, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, and settlement negotiations. You will also participate in trial preparation and have opportunities for courtroom experience.
QualificationsActive member of the California State Bar2-5 years of civil litigation experience, including experience with discovery, motion practice, and trial preparationExcellent research, writing, and communication skillsStrong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with minimal supervisionDemonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environmentStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detailExperience in employment, real estate, business litigation, or personal injury is a plusCommitment to professional growth and development
SalaryPay is commensurate with experience.
