Join HCA Healthcare as a PRN NICU RN and provide specialized, family-centered care to critically ill and premature newborns. In this per diem role, you will assess, plan, and implement evidence-based nursing care, manage ventilators and high-acuity equipment, administer medications, and collaborate with neonatologists and the interdisciplinary team. You will educate and support families, maintain accurate documentation, and uphold strict safety and infection-control standards.
