Position: Admission Counselor – Female

Industry: Preschool / Early Childhood Education

Location:  Ireo skyon, sector 60 ,Gurgaon

Experience: Minimum 2 years

Salary:  20,000 - 25000 per month

Candidate Preference: Local candidates from Ghaziabad only

Training : minimum 10 days in Indrapuram

Job Responsibilities

• Handle enquiries from parents regarding admissions, courses, fees, and school facilities.
  
• Counsel parents and convert enquiries into admissions.
  
• Follow up with prospective parents through calls, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings.
  
• Achieve admission and enrollment targets.
  
• Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and admissions.
  
• Conduct school visits and explain the preschool's programs and facilities to parents.
  
• Build strong relationships with parents and provide excellent customer service.
  
• Coordinate with the academic and administrative tea
  

Requirements

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in admissions, counseling, sales, business development, or a similar role.
  
• Candidates must have a sales background .
  
• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
  
• Good command of English and Hindi.
  
• Target-oriented, confident, and presentable personality.
  
• Ability to handle parent queries professionally and convert leads into admissions.
  
• Only local candidates from Ghaziabad will be considered.
  
• Prior experience in a preschool/school/education sector will be an added advantage.
