Our client is a leading owners rep firm who are seeking an experienced MEP Construction Manager / Owner’s Rep to oversee mission-critical projects nationwide. You’ll be the owner’s advocate from pre-construction through commissioning, ensuring MEP systems are designed, installed, and delivered to the highest standards
The position
Act as the owner’s point of contact with contractors & vendorsOversee MEP design, construction, and commissioning (L1–L5)Manage risks, schedules, and owner reportingEnforce safety standards (NFPA 70E,LOTO)Travel extensively and lead onsite project delivery
