What Youll Do:
*Partner with our Executive Chef & Head Chef to craft menus that celebrate seasonality, innovation, and artistry.
*Help lead, inspire, and mentor a brigade of chefs, guiding them to deliver perfection on every plate.
*Assist with driving culinary creativity across our outlets (restaurant, bar, in-room dining, meetings and events) with passion and precision.
*Ensure every detail meets the required standard of a 5-star luxury experience.
*Support the senior team in all aspects of kitchen and people management and champion excellence in food safety, quality, and presentation.
What Were Looking For:
*Proven experience as a Senior CdP/Junior Sous Chef in a luxury hotel or fine dining environment.
*A true passion for food.
*Strong leadership with a collaborative spirit.
*Ability to perform under pressure while keeping creativity at the forefront.
*Formal culinary training or equivalent experience.
