Job Description Manage on-site construction activities to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to maintain smooth operations. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on all job sites. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Conduct quality inspections to ensure all work meets specifications and requirements. Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during construction. Maintain accurate project documentation and records. Work closely with project managers to achieve successful project completion. The Successful Applicant A successful Traveling Superintendent should have: Extensive experience in industrial construction projects. Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage on-site activities. Ability to travel frequently and work on-site for extended periods. Knowledge of safety regulations and construction standards. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Experience coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers.
