InterEx Group is a global, multi-award-winning technology recruitment and talent solutions business, with offices in Miami, London and Amsterdam. We specialise in SAP, Salesforce, Data, Cybersecurity and other technology markets, partnering with businesses across the US, UK and Europe.
As we continue to grow, we are looking for a proactive, commercially minded Marketing Executive to join our Miami office and support our brand development, social media performance and wider business growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media & AnalyticsMonitor performance across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, X, and other relevant platforms.Track engagement, reach, audience growth and campaign performance, producing regular reports and actionable recommendations.Identify trends, competitor activity, and opportunities to improve content performance.Content & Marketing DeliveryManage the marketing content calendar, deadlines, approvals and deliverables.Coordinate content around company milestones, new hires, promotions, placements, events and team achievements.Ensure marketing materials are consistent with InterEx Group's brand and tone of voice.Support the creation and scheduling of social media content and wider marketing campaigns.Sales & Recruitment SupportWork closely with consultants and sales leadership to understand their marketing needs.Support personal branding on LinkedIn and create engaging content for consultants and senior leaders.Produce sales collateral, market updates, candidate presentations and client-facing materials.Reporting & Continuous ImprovementConduct competitor research and ad hoc marketing analysis.Monitor campaign performance against agreed KPIs and recommend improvements.Maintain visibility of outstanding tasks and proactively communicate deadlines or delays.
Skills & ExperienceEssentialPrevious experience in marketing, social media or digital marketing.Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram and wider social media platforms.Confident analysing data and translating metrics into practical recommendations.Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.Strong written communication and stakeholder management skills.Proactive, detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.A commercial mindset and an interest in how marketing contributes to business growth.
