Job Description The purpose of this position is to enable HR business partnering with the business for the complete talent lifecycle of employees as per the organizations need while collaborating, and advocating talent development in creating a sustainable employee experience Qualifications Education : MBA or MSW with specialization in Human Resource Management Experience : 8 to 10 years as HRBP handling end to end employee lifecycle management Additional Information Knowledge: Competent level of knowledge in Human Resource concepts and Practices Advanced level of knowledge in various HR tools available in the market Functional Skill : Proficient level of skill in HR Analytics Competent level in Influencing, communication and presentation skills Competent in negotiation skills
