Programme Overview

The MTO - Supply Chain & Operations Programme is designed for fresh graduates seeking hands-on experience in supply chain management, logistics, and operational processes. Trainees will work with the Supply Chain and Operations teams to understand business workflows, support daily operations, and develop analytical and coordination skills within an international organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily supply chain, logistics, and operational activities.
• Support shipment tracking, delivery scheduling, and route coordination.
• Maintain operational records, shipment data, and delivery documentation.
• Prepare operational reports and assist in monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflows and timely deliveries.
• Identify operational discrepancies and support process improvement initiatives.
• Use Microsoft Excel and other relevant systems for data management and reporting.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates who completed their degree in 2026 or are expected to graduate by the end of 2026.
• Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data handling.
• Willingness to learn, work collaboratively, and adapt to operational requirements.
• Willingness to work evening/night shifts and attend the office onsite.

Programme Details

• Duration: 6 months
• Monthly Salary: PKR 100,000 (fixed)
• Working Hours: As per organizational requirements; expected shift may be 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM.
• Weekly Holidays: Saturday and Sunday
• Work Arrangement: onsite; remote work is not available.

Career Opportunity

Upon completion of the six-month programme, trainees may be considered for a full-time position based on individual performance, organizational requirements, and management approval. Permanent employment is not guaranteed , and the programme may conclude without a full-time offer.
