<p><b> Dairy Expert – Sr. Engineer (Process)</b></p><p></p><p><b> Location: Vadodara </b></p><p></p><p><b> Job Description: </b></p><p></p><p>1.Demonstrated expertise in #<b> milk pasteurization, #highprotein formulations, #yogurt </b></p><p><b> fermentation and Other Milk products &amp; specialized nutritional milk powders </b> . </p><p>2.Conduct comprehensive reviews of dairy plant capacities to ensure <b> optimal production </b></p><p><b> performance </b> . </p><p>3.Design of #<b> CIP Process Engineering </b>-Understanding of <b> CIP circuits </b> and flow paths, </p><p> cleaning SOP (alkali, acid, sanitizers), cleaning parameters (Time, Temperature, </p><p> Concentration, and Mechanical Action), review of CIP sequence development and </p><p> optimization </p><p>4.Provide technical guidance for preparing accurate <b> Material and Energy Balance </b></p><p> calculations for dairy processes. </p><p>5.Evaluate and validate <b> Process Flow Diagrams (#PFDs)</b> to ensure process integrity and </p><p> compliance. </p><p>6.Review and support the development of <b> Piping &amp; Instrumentation Diagrams (#P&amp;IDs)</b></p><p> for dairy operations. </p><p>7.Assess <b> utility systems </b> , determine <b> capacity adequacy </b> , and recommend sustainability-</p><p> focused <b> improvements </b> . </p><p>8.Perform <b> process and plant safety assessments </b> in line with regulatory and industry </p><p> standards. </p><p>9.Review <b> equipment layouts </b> from milk reception through packaging and associated </p><p> utilities to ensure efficient workflow and <b> hygienic design. </b></p><p>10.Participate in client meetings to support <b> plant gap analyses </b> and propose <b> technical </b></p><p><b> improvements. </b></p><p>11.Guide the preparation and review of the #<b> Dairy Plant Master Plan </b> . </p><p>12.Possess strong knowledge of <b> European and U.S. dairy manufacturing standards and </b></p><p><b> regulatory </b> requirements. </p>
